Rhythm Saunas are about returning to the basics. Our sauna cabins are alive; they flow through the seasons just as we do. They find their own rhythm and invite us to experience life through the sauna tradition.
Sauna Health
To maximize the health benefits of a sauna, it is important to avoid risks associated with plastics, glues, and chemical toxins. Rhythm Saunas are crafted using cedar wood sourced locally from Vermont forests.
Instead of plywood, We utilize natural building techniques, including pine sheathing and diagonal bracing with Simpson Strong-Ties for the frame. To ensure durability without the use of pressure-treated wood, We use cedar sealed with natural pine tar and linseed oil. The skids are made of eastern white cedar then charred; inspired by the ancient Japanese shou sugi ban technique. This makes the material rot-resistant, insect-repellant, and fire-retardant. We use Timber HP a natural wood fiber insulation from Maine. Saunas are built with Vermont milled wood.

Our Vermont made saunas feature natural ventilation systems to ensure consistent airflow and prevent stale air. You will be able to breath freely in a Rhythm Sauna. Each unit includes a dedicated drain for moisture management and is built to meet all safety codes and requirements.
Rhythm Sauna OG: 3-4 Person
This sauna is designed with a footprint of 118 sq. ft., the structure is sized 2 sq. ft. below the average threshold for zoning requirements in Vermont. The sauna room measures 6'6" x 6'3" x 7'6" and includes a 3'4" x 7'6" entry way for added privacy and protection from the elements.
The sauna features a high-quality frame, Eastern White Cedar paneling, and a Harvia wood-burning stove with a Vermont quarried stone base. These Vermont saunas are built in our shop and shipped directly to you.
